Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Associate with experience in the corporate gifting industry to develop and manage B2B partnerships with gifting companies, hamper makers, gift curators, distributors and promotional merchandise firms

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard new corporate gifting partners across Bengaluru.
- Pitch premium & luxury gifting products through meetings, presentations and product samples.
- Build strong relationships with gifting companies, buyers and procurement teams.
- Manage quotations, pricing, margins, MOQ, customisation and bulk orders.
- Drive repeat business and achieve monthly/seasonal sales targets.
- Coordinate orders, dispatches, deliveries and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline and regular sales reports.
- Track market trends,



competitor pricing and partner feedback.

Requirements

- 2-6 years of B2B sales experience in Corporate Gifting is mandatory.
- Experience with gifting suppliers, manufacturers, distributors or resellers preferred.
- Strong network among corporate gifting companies in Bengaluru will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of premium/luxury gifting, pricing, margins and customisation.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Valuable English communication; Kannada/Hindi preferred.
- Willingness to work from office and undertake regular field visits.
