Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end SAP SD OTC processes including inquiry, quotation, sales order, delivery, picking, PGI, billing, and accounting.
- Configure and support Sales & Distribution (SD) processes in SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Order Management, Delivery Processing, Shipment, PGI and Billing.
- Configure Pricing, Condition Technique, Output Determination, Copy Controls, Item Categories and Schedule Line Categories.
- Work on Customer Master / Business Partner, material master and partner determination.
- Handle Returns, Credit/Debit Memo, Free-of-Charge, Rush Orders and Intercompany Sales processes.
- Good understanding of Third-Party Sales, Consignment and STO processes.
- Experience with Availability Check (ATP), Transfer of Requirements and Delivery Scheduling.
- Solid understanding of OTC integration with FI, MM and other SAP modules.
- Work on tax determination, account determination and revenue posting.
- Analyze production issues, perform RCA and provide functional solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/development teams.
