Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive / Sr. Executive - Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

- Use AI tools for day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, documentation, reporting, communication, and productivity improvement.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment using platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per approved Job Descriptions and requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollout and pre-joining follow-up.
- Conduct joining formalities, induction, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain joining documentation, employee files, and HR records.
- Coordinate Background Verification (BGV) and maintain relevant records.




- Handle employee queries and grievances and coordinate timely resolution.
- Coordinate and execute training and development programs.
- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Manage HR-related social media postings and employee/employer branding activities.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS, recruitment trackers, and other reports using MS Excel.
- Support other HR operational activities as required.

Required Skills:

- Willingness and ability to use AI tools in day-to-day HR activities.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn recruitment platforms.
- Strong MS Excel and HR MIS skills.
- Good coordination and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Good understanding of HR processes, particularly recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement.
