Role & responsibilities

- Handle calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries, concerns and requirements and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Deliver professional, courteous and effective customer service over the phone.
- Resolve customer issues related to products, services, orders, accounts or processes.
- Provide accurate information while following company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Verify customer information and update records in CRM/customer support systems.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department/team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain required quality, productivity, Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and other process metrics.
- Follow call quality, compliance, data privacy and process guidelines.
- Handle customers professionally, even in difficult or challenging situations.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions or relevant information.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate / Undergraduate fresher candidates can apply,



depending on process requirements.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant international customer support experience are welcome.
- Excellent English communication and conversational skills.
- Good listening, comprehension and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable handling international customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/support applications.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts/night shifts, where applicable.
- Comfortable working from the office.
