Red & White Skill Education is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable AI/ML & Data Science Faculty to train and mentor students in industry-relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct interactive offline classroom training in AI/ML and Data Science.
- Teach concepts from beginner to advanced levels using live coding and real-world examples.
- Conduct practical sessions and hands-on projects.
- Guide students through projects, assignments, hackathons, and capstone projects.
- Mentor students for technical interviews, resume building, and career development.
- Evaluate student performance through practical assignments and assessments.
- Update training content according to current industry trends and technologies.

Skills Required

Programming & Data:
Python, SQL, Excel, Data Preprocessing, Feature Engineering





Data Analytics:
Power BI, Data Visualization, Business Analytics

Statistics & Machine Learning:
Mathematics, Advanced Statistics, Supervised ML, Unsupervised ML, Model Selection & Evaluation

Advanced AI:
Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, Reinforcement Learning

- Eligibility: 2–3 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience will be preferred.
- Robust industry professionals with a passion for teaching are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
