Teamcenter Developer

- Develop and manage BMIDE configurations, extensions, and data models
• Implement and maintain workflows, handlers, ITK/SOAP/REST services
• Create and manage EBOM and MBOM structures
• Support implementation of BOP (Bill of Process) and BOE (Bill of Equipment)
• Develop and enhance custom functionalities, exits, and integrations
• Perform data migration, data validation, and structure management
• Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and resolve defects

Teamcenter OCM
Role Summary:

Drive user adoption and business readiness for PLM transformation programs through change management, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments.
- Develop and deliver PLM training programs and user enablement materials.
- Execute communication and change adoption plans.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change champion networks.




- Support resistance management and measure adoption outcomes.

Performance Tester (Load runner)

- Requirement: Please share TC PLM performance Tester profiles for shortlisting
- 6+ years of experience
- Need to deploy :- Immediately
- POC: Puneeth

Skill requirements:

- 6+ years of experience specializing in performance testing for Teamcenter and Active Workspace (AWC).
- Hands-on expertise using Micro Focus/OpenText LoadRunner for enterprise application testing.
- Skill in scripting multi-step AWC workflows to accurately mimic real user behavior.
- Proven capability in modeling high-concurrency scenarios like peak traffic and heavy data loads.
- Ability to establish performance benchmarks and measure system speed under heavy usage.
- Solid capability in identifying system bottlenecks to ensure smooth production rollouts.
