Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Implement predictive maintenance strategies using techniques such as OE (Operational Excellence) to reduce equipment failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working setting by implementing TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles.
- Coordinate with other departments to identify areas for improvement in plant operations.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance, boiler operation, compressor systems, and utility management.
- Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance practices including RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
- Proficiency in SAP Project Manager software.
