We are seeking an experienced IT Asset Management (ITAM) Administrator to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, maintain CMDB accuracy, ensure compliance, support audits, and drive asset governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement,



deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and CMDB records for hardware, software, and infrastructure assets.
- Perform asset reconciliation with procurement, finance, warehouse, and ITSM systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for asset procurement, warranty management, repairs, and replacements.
- Monitor asset compliance, audits, licensing, and risk management activities.
- Manage stock, warehousing, RMA, asset deployment, refresh, and disposal processes.
- Prepare asset utilization, inventory, compliance, and financial reports.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and asset governance best practices.
