QS Engineer Junior / Senior

Job Description:
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer – Junior / Senior with experience in real estate and apartment building construction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings.
- Prepare project estimates, rate analysis, and cost calculations.
- Handle subcontractor bills, work orders, and measurements.
- Verify site measurements and material quantities.
- Prepare RA bills and check contractor/subcontractor bills.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Review drawings and identify quantity or specification changes.
- Maintain proper documentation of quantities, costs, and project records.
- Assist in tendering,



quotation comparison, and negotiation.
- Ensure construction quantities and costs are within approved budgets.

Requirements:

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Junior: 1–3 years of relevant QS experience.
- Senior: 4+ years of relevant QS experience.
- Experience in apartment / residential building construction is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, rate analysis, and quantity take-off.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is required.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
