Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day technical facility operations and engineering maintenance.
- Lead and supervise the technical team, including Engineers, Technicians, and Operators.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of MEP systems and building infrastructure.
- Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Manage Electrical, HVAC, DG, UPS, Fire & Safety, BMS, Plumbing, and other facility systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and technical services.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, and company SOPs.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, checklists, AMC records, and technical documentation.
- Monitor spare parts, consumables, and maintenance budgets.




- Handle client communication and resolve technical issues within agreed timelines.
- Drive energy conservation, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure 24/7 facility operations and emergency response as required.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.

Preferred Industry

Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Commercial Buildings, IT Parks, Manufacturing, Corporate Facilities, Hospitals, or Hospitality.
