We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Charge & Payments team in the US Healthcare RCM domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end Charge Entry or Payment Posting activities.
- Review and accurately process patient charges, payments, adjustments, and denials.
- Ensure payments are posted correctly against the appropriate accounts and claims.
- Identify and resolve payment discrepancies, underpayments, and posting errors.
- Review EOBs/ERAs and ensure accurate application of payments and adjustments.
- Work on insurance and patient payments, refunds, recoupments, and account reconciliation.
- Perform regular quality checks to maintain accuracy and compliance with process guidelines.
- Identify trends and escalate recurring issues to the appropriate teams.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:





- Prior experience in US Healthcare RCM, preferably in Charge Entry, Payment Posting, or related processes.
- Valuable understanding of US Healthcare billing and revenue cycle processes.
- Knowledge of EOB, ERA, CPT, ICD, insurance payments, adjustments, and denials will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
