Role & responsibilities

- Support the Program Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring assigned programs.
- Prepare, maintain, and update program plans, schedules, dashboards, and status reports.
- Participate in program review meetings and present project status, risks, and action plans.
- Maintain program documentation including Business Plan, Program Dashboard, Launch Reports, KPI trackers, and Risk & Opportunity analysis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Support the preparation of Initial Business Plans in collaboration with Program Controllers.
- Track prototype development, validation activities, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with Program Management processes and internal governance.




- Organize and maintain project documentation to ensure business continuity and knowledge management.
- Monitor adherence to customer quality standards, HSE requirements, safety guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify project risks, support mitigation planning, and drive timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Finance, and Customer teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4-8 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Product Development, or Automotive Manufacturing.
- Experience in Automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier preferred.
- Exposure to Recent Product Development (NPD) and Program Launch Management.
