Key Responsibilities
Manage OPD and AHC bookings for VIP clients and corporate sponsors
Provide end-to-end on-ground support during hospital visits and health checkups
Coordinate with hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centres for smooth scheduling
Handle outbound calls with customers, corporate SPOCs and healthcare partners
Act as a single point of contact for client queries, rescheduling and escalations
Ensure seamless in office execution and resolve real-time issues
Maintain accurate CRM records of appointments, calls and interactions
Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Tech, Accounts) to enhance experience
Ensure adherence to SLAs and service quality standards
