What You ll Do

- Design compelling logos, brand identities, social media creatives, campaign visuals, digital advertisements, packaging designs, presentations, and marketing collateral .
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, enhance creative workflows, and explore innovative visual concepts.
- Develop original design concepts aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with Content, Social Media, Client Servicing, Performance Marketing, and Strategy teams to create high-impact creative solutions.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, color systems, and visual communication across all touchpoints.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions with mood boards, design references, creative directions, and visual storytelling ideas.
- Adapt creative assets for multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, digital advertising, email marketing, and print media .
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, typography,



branding techniques, AI innovations, and evolving digital experiences.
- Prepare production-ready artwork while ensuring the highest standards of design quality and attention to detail.

Who We re Looking For

We re looking for a creative thinker who combines artistic vision with strategic thinking to create memorable brand experiences.

You should have:

- Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud , including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign , along with CorelDRAW .
- Experience with AI-powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar creative technologies.
- Excellent understanding of branding, layout design, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas across both digital and print media.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, campaign creatives, packaging, and marketing communication projects.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
