Hiring: IT Recruiter Domestic C2H Recruitment

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with experience in Domestic IT Recruitment and C2H hiring to join our team.

Position: IT Recruiter

Gender: Female only
Experience: 14 Years
Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
Salary: 10,000 – 15,000 per month, depending on interview performance
Incentives: Performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Work on C2H (Contract-to-Hire) requirements.
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements





- 1–4 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in C2H / Contract-to-Hire recruitment.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical profiles.
- Robust sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Experience with Naukri and Boolean Search is preferred.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a WFH environment.
