Branch Accounting, Logistics handling, Ensuring safety and security of Branch assets, Inventory.
Role & responsibilities :
- Verify serial numbers of the sets with delivery note on receipt of products from HO.
- Maintain stocks in order to fasten the dispatch of Sets, Spares & POP item.
- To note down serial numbers of products to be dispatched.
- To communicate discrepancies to the concerned person in the Head Office.
- To Monitor Product stock statements / Spares stock register Online
- Physical Stock verification monthly basis (Products, Spares & POP item) / Hard copy
- Responsible for proper documentation and filing.
- Obtaining LR copies for Sale branches & dealer dispatches and preserving with Invoice copy for record.
- FIFO basis dispatch for Products, Spares & POP item
Documentation & E Waybill preparation when required
