What We're Looking For

- Strong troubleshooting skills across device, gateway, network, platform and cloud layers
- Experience supporting cloud solutions in production environments
- Solid knowledge of operational documentation, change management and incident management
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
- Awareness of security, safety and compliance in industrial/OT environments
- Ability to work independently and support deployments across multiple regions/time zones
