This role oversees inventory audits and optimizes store operations, validating audit reports and recommending process improvements. Leading and mentoring the audit team while monitoring YQM (Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly) and TAP (Target Achievement Percentage) are key to driving efficiency and compliance.
