We are hiring for Quality Engineer in AI Testing with Financial Crime

Experience: 5-10 Years

Location: Pan India

JD:

AI / GenAI Testing

- Define and execute testing strategies for Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Validate model outputs for accuracy, consistency, reliability, robustness, bias, and safety.
- Design test suites covering prompts, guardrails, hallucination detection, evaluation scenarios, and adversarial testing.
- Establish automated AI evaluation frameworks and quality metrics.
- Support pre-production model evaluation and post-production monitoring.

Quality Engineering

- Strong experience across the full software testing lifecycle.
- Expertise in test automation frameworks, API testing, UI testing, and integration testing.
- Experience implementing Continuous Testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.

AI Testing





- Experience testing AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI applications.
- Understanding of AI evaluation techniques and model validation approaches.
- Experience with prompt testing, hallucination detection, response quality evaluation, and guardrail validation.
- Understanding of Responsible AI, AI risk management, and governance principles.

Technical Skills

- Java / Python / TypeScript.
- Selenium, Playwright, API automation tools.
- CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent.
- Cloud-based testing approaches and environments.
- Test management platforms such as Xray and contemporary observability tooling.
