Job Responsibilities

Candidate will be based at Mumbai and will be responsible for handling entire finance & Accounts for pharmaceuticals & Nutraceuticals company handling Finance & Accounts for entire business.

Candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial performance reports for management.

Candidate will be responsible for finalization of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and other financial statements.

Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with statutory, internal, tax, and GST auditors and ensuring timely completion of audits.

Candidate will be responsible for managing GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, returns, assessments, and related statutory documentation.

Candidate will be responsible for handling banking operations, treasury activities, daily fund position, liquidity management, and foreign currency transactions.

Candidate will be responsible for working on SAP Finance (FICO) for accounting, MIS reporting, financial automation,



and report generation.

Candidate will be responsible for monitoring manufacturing accounting, inventory accounting, costing, financial controls, and compliance with company policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Chartered Accountant (CA) experience with 10-15 years of relevant in handling accounts & Finance with Pharma and manufacturing company

He should have strong working knowledge of SAP Finance (FICO) and accounting/financial systems.

He should have good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

He should have experience in budgeting, MIS reporting, financial analysis, and audit coordination.

He should have good knowledge of banking, treasury operations, fund management, and cash flow management.

He should possess valuable communication, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a professional approach.
