Sector 63, NoidaUp to 23,000 CTC

Sector 60, NoidaUp to 30,000 CTC

Sector 127, NoidaUp to 20,000 CTC

Eligibility

- Any Undergraduate or Graduate candidate can apply.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- Valuable communication skills in English/Hindi, depending on the process.

- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.

- Willingness to work 6 days a week with rotational weekly offs.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.

- Assist customers through calls, emails, or chat, depending on the process.

- Understand customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

- Follow company processes, quality standards,



and service guidelines.

- Coordinate with relevant teams when required.
