Roles and Responsibilities :

- achieve monthly targets for home loans, housing loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage loans, and other financial products.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize product offerings and improve sales outcomes.

Job Requirements :

- 1-11 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in home loans, housing loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage loans.
- Solid understanding of financial products such as fixed deposits, insurance policies etc. .
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
