Job Role: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Goregaon (Near Aarey Metro Station) Vasai (Valiv Patha, Gaon Devi Road)
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide Level 2 desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (OS) on Windows platforms.
- Troubleshoot common software applications such as Outlook configuration and printer setup.
- Perform hardware replacement or repair of faulty components when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.
