Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, qualified support through email, phone, chat, and other communication channels.
- Communicate with international customers and understand their requirements, concerns, and expectations.
- Manage customer orders, queries, complaints, returns, refunds, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, availability, delivery timelines, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, Operations, Finance, and Production to resolve customer issues.
- Track international orders and shipments and keep customers updated on delivery status.
