Position - Senior Account Executive

Experience -5 to 8 Years in Manufacturing sector

CTC -45-50 K PM

Qualification -BCOM + PG Finance

Junior Executive Finance (1-3 Years ) 25- 30 K per month , general accounting, vendor payment , receipt, etc

Job responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including handling of general ledger entries, invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
2. Tax Compliance: Oversee GST, TDS, and other tax filings report, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations & send to HO.
3. Accounts Payable: Manage invoicing, vendor payments, & follow up payment with HO.
4. Audit Support:



Coordinate with internal department & providing necessary documentation and support during audits.
5. Reconciliation: Handle vendor reconciliation and intra reconciliation monthly & quarterly
6. MIS Reporting: Prepare daily expenses report for shoe line as per plant head requirement.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and ensure smooth financial operations across the organization.
8. Communication Skill-Able to communicate English /Hindi optional at HO related to query & resolutions
