THE OPPORTUNITY / ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial Business Development Executive who is passionate about identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the expansion of California Burrito.

The ideal candidate should have strong networking, negotiation and communication skills, be comfortable travelling, and have the ability to identify suitable real estate opportunities for upcoming restaurants. You will work closely with landlords, brokers, projects and internal teams

to evaluate and secure potential locations. This is a high-ownership role where you will have the opportunity to learn broadly, take initiative and contribute directly to the growth of one of Indias growing QSR brands.

LOCATION - Hyderabad

WHAT WILL YOU OWN?

1) FIND GREAT LOCATIONS

- Identify suitable locations and properties.
- Research markets, footfall and competition.
- Build a strong site pipeline.

2) BUILD RELATIONSHIPS

- Build relationships with landlords and brokers.
- Meet, communicate and follow up with stakeholders.

3)



NEGOTIATE & CLOSE

- Negotiate rent and commercial terms.
- Secure suitable sites at the best possible terms.

4) WORK WITH TEAMS

- Coordinate with Projects, Operations and Finance.
- Support site feasibility and closure.

5) KEEP GROWING

- Explore new markets and opportunities.
- Track competitors and real estate trends.
- Take ownership and find solutions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Real Estate, Leasing or Retail Expansion.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong networking, negotiation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of locations, markets and commercial properties.
- Comfortable with travel and field work.
- Self-driven with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in QSR, retail or hospitality is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution skills.
