Position: PPC Manager
Experience: 7 to 12 Years
Industry: Engineering / Manufacturing
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B. Tech. Mechanical / Production preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare daily and monthly production plans
- Handle machine loading and job allocation
- Monitor Production Plan vs. Actual on a regular basis
- Plan production schedules as per customer requirements
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance and Dispatch
- Check material availability before finalizing plans
- Track WIP and pending jobs, and follow up on delayed jobs
- Monitor delivery schedules to avoid delays
- Prepare daily PPC/MIS reports
- Work on ERP and Excel for planning and reporting
- Coordinate with shop-floor teams to achieve production targets
- Plan production activities by preparing schedules, monitoring progress, and adjusting as needed to meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate with various departments (Stores, Quality, Production) to ensure smooth material flow and product delivery.




- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and optimize storage space utilization.
- Analyze capacity planning data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production scheduling, quality control, and supply chain management.

Candidate Profile

- 7 to 12 years of relevant PPC experience in a manufacturing/engineering Plant or Auto components industry
- Good knowledge of production planning, machine capacity and scheduling
- Exposure to CNC, VMC, HMC, VTL machines
- Valuable working knowledge of Excel, ERP and SAP systems
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working closely with production and shop-floor teams
