- Oversee employee life cycle management, including joining formalities, exit interviews, and performance appraisals.
- Develop and implement effective HR generalist activities such as policy formulation, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyze MIS reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in human resources operations.
