26 years of experience in Industrial Security

Desired

Experience in manufacturing or large industrialenvironment

Exposure to plant security systems, emergency response, and statutory compliance

Deployment Plan (Project Stage Focus)

The selected candidate will be deployed at the Shoolagiriproject site during the plant construction and commissioning phase. The rolewill focus on establishing robust security systems, ensuring protection ofassets, materials, and workforce, and supporting secure project execution.

Post-commissioning, the role will transition intofull-scale plant security operations.

Job Responsibilities

During Project Phase

Establishand implement security systems for construction site, equipment, and materials

Controlentry and exit of manpower, contractors, and vehicles

Ensurestrict adherence to SOPs for men, material, and vehicle movement

Preventtheft, pilferage, vandalism, and unauthorized access

Coordinatewith project team to safeguard high-value equipment and installations

Maintainliaison with local law enforcement agencies and authorities

Supportemergency preparedness, fire safety measures, and incident response

Monitorcontractor camps and temporary facilities for safety and discipline

Assistin developing security procedures and risk mitigation plans

During Plant Operations





Ensureoverall security of plant premises, assets, and personnel

EnforceSOPs related to gate control and material movement

Protectcompany property by maintaining a safe and secure environment

Conductroutine patrols across plant areas

Monitorloading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods

Supervisetraffic management within plant premises to ensure accident-free movement

Identifysecurity risks and implement preventive measures

Minimizeaccidents, thefts, and incidents through proactive planning

Submitregular security reports to management

Coordinateclosely with local police authorities for plant security

Ensureenvironmental protection through maintenance of greenery and biodiversityinitiatives
