- Lead the architecture and design of Dayforce implementations, enhancements, and transformation projects.
- Define integration approaches between Dayforce and third-party applications, HR systems, payroll platforms, identity systems, and enterprise applications.
- Evaluate APIs, integration methods, data flows, security requirements, and system dependencies.
