Job Profile / Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate will be based at Mumbai and responsible for developing secondary sales and product movement through existing distributors across the assigned region.
2. Candidate will be responsible for driving repeat orders, stock liquidation and maintaining healthy inventory levels.
3. Candidate will be responsible for introducing and upselling new products, formulations and pack sizes.
4. Candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities across private, institutional and tender segments.
5. Candidate will be responsible for developing new distributor partnerships and opening new countries within the assigned region.
6. Candidate will be responsible for managing KOL relationships and developing RTMs, CNEs and scientific engagement programs.
7. Candidate will be responsible for supporting distributors with market development, promotional strategies and sales-team activation.
8. Candidate will be responsible for monitoring competitor activity, pricing and market trends and achieving regional sales targets and business plans.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Pharma with 510+ years of experience in International Business / Export Sales, preferably across South-East Asia and/or the Indian Subcontinent.
- He should have experience in Pharmaceuticals, Clinical Nutrition, Medical Nutrition, Nutraceuticals or Healthcare products.
- He should have solid experience in distributor management, secondary sales, repeat orders and stock liquidation.
- He should have proven experience in new market development, distributor appointment and country expansion.
- He should have experience in KOL engagement, scientific meetings, RTMs/CNEs or medical marketing.
- He should have strong business development, negotiation, communication and commercial skills.
- He should be willing to travel extensively across assigned countries and independently manage regional business targets.
