Job Summary
We are looking to recruit high-performing Lead Specialist / Project Management professionals to join the GBS UK US Division within GCoE. The role is a key part of the Change Management function, enabling delivery across: Project Program Management, Business Analysis, Portfolio Governance, and Business Digital Transformation initiatives. This role offers strong exposure to global transformation programs, with clear opportunities for career progression and leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting structured delivery of projects and change initiatives, ensuring solutions are effectively implemented and embedded within the business.
- Support project initiation and planning, defining approach, timelines, resource requirements cost estimates
- Assist in establishing clear scope, deliverables, success criteria, and business case alignment
- Enable structured governance, including maintenance of RAID logs, risk tracking, and mitigation actions
- Track and manage project progress, dependencies, and delivery against timelines, quality, and cost
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and delivery outcomes
- Build strong working relationships across Business, Operations, and Technology teams
- Provide direction and support to project team members to ensure effective execution
- Coordinate with technology teams and external vendors to integrate deliverables into the overall project plan
- Develop high-quality presentations and documents for stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Translate complex information into clear, concise insights and updates
- Support communication of project progress, risks, and outcomes across audiences
- Support delivery of the GCoE change agenda, including transformation and integration initiatives
- Contribute to process improvements and best practice development within the Change function
- Stay informed of industry trends and emerging practices to enhance delivery capability
- Share learnings across the Change community to improve effectiveness
About you
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent
- Project Management certification (PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile) - preferred
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
- Exposure to financial services / insurance domain
- Working knowledge of risk, compliance, and regulatory considerations
