Detailed JD Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and analysts ensuring timely delivery of ITSM Custom Applications and integration initiatives

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements define solutions and translate them into actionable user stories
- Facilitateparticipate in SAFe Agile ceremonies including PI Planning Sprint Planning backlog refinement daily standups and sprint reviews
- Manage story assignment track sprint progress remove delivery impediments and ensure team commitments are met
- Monitor and report delivery metrics such as sprint velocity story completion release readiness and overall team performance




- Perform resource capacity planning demand forecasting and workload balancing to support current and future delivery needs
- Maintain a robust understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities ITSM processes custom application development and integrations to effectively guide the team and support solution decisions
