Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with a strong proficiency in Tally to join our agency. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, exceptional numerical accuracy, and the ability to manage financial data efficiently using Tally software.

Responsibilities

- Maintain and update financial records using Tally software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and other financial statements on a regular basis.
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial analyses.
- Monitor and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculations and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and verify financial information.
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial activities.




- Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Accountant
- Strong proficiency in Tally software is essential.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Robust organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to reconcile discrepancies.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
