Responsibilities

- Local Procurement Duties: Identify and source components, hardware, tools, and consumables from local markets/vendors as per production and assembly requirements.
- Local Procurement Duties: Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Local Procurement Duties: Maintain updated records of purchases, delivery timelines, vendor contacts, and inventory status.
- Local Procurement Duties: Coordinate with the inventory/store team to avoid overstock or shortages.
- Local Procurement Duties: Collect quotations and prepare comparative statements.
- Follow up on urgent or delayed items to ensure uninterrupted assembly schedules.
- Production Assembly Duties: Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions for assembling Odor Control Units (OCUs).
- Production Assembly Duties: Assemble blowers, fibre vessels, sensors, valves, ducting parts, activated carbon beds,



and other components.
- Production Assembly Duties: Perform basic electrical and instrumentation connections including wiring, cable termination, and sensor fitting.
- Production Assembly Duties: Conduct functional checks before dispatch and assist in pre-dispatch inspections.
- Production Assembly Duties: Maintain tools and assembly area cleanliness and follow safety and quality procedures.
- Production Assembly Duties: Coordinate with the production and QA/QC team for work completion and feedback.

Qualifications

- ITI, Any Diploma holders are preferable
