Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day civil maintenance activities across the facility.
- Coordinate civil repair, renovation, construction and infrastructure-related works.
- Monitor contractors and ensure work is completed as per specifications, timelines and quality standards.
- Prepare work estimates, BOQs and coordinate project execution.
- Conduct regular inspection of buildings, roads, drainage, flooring, roofing and other civil infrastructure.
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance and project activities.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for maintenance of machinery/equipment.
- Manage engineering/maintenance-related inventory and materials.
- Monitor stock levels of spare parts, consumables and maintenance materials.
- Ensure proper receipt, storage and issue of materials.
- Maintain inventory records and conduct periodic stock verification.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of critical materials.




- Raise material requirements based on project needs.
- Coordinate with Procurement for sourcing of materials, spares and services.
- Obtain quotations and support comparison of vendors based on cost, quality and delivery timelines.
- Verify materials received against specifications and purchase requirements.
- Ensure maintenance and project activities are carried out in accordance with safety requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in civil maintenance, facility maintenance or engineering projects.
- Experience in handling civil works, maintenance projects, vendors and contractors.
