- Supervise day-to-day dairy plant operations (milk reception, processing, packing, and dispatch)
- Monitor quality of milk (Fat, SNF, temperature, etc.)
- Ensure proper handling and storage of raw and processed milk
- Coordinate with procurement and distribution teams
- Maintain production records, stock registers, day sheet reports manually.
- Handle manpower planning and supervise plant drivers & workers
- Monitor plant machinery and coordinate maintenance/repairs
- Manage dispatch as per customer orders/indents
- Minimize wastage and control operational costs
- Shift Wise operations every week shift change
- 1st Shift 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM, 2nd Shift 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM, 3rd Shift 10:00 PM to 0600 AM
- Selected candidate does service Minimum 2 Years.
- Distance 5 to 10 KM
