Role & responsibilities

- Oversee legal matters and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across all branches.
- Address and resolve legal issues and queries raised by branches on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations.
- Draft, review, and vet various legal documents, including loan agreements, contracts, and other legal instruments.
- Offer timely and accurate legal advice to internal stakeholders, including guidance on legal risks and implications.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external legal vendors to ensure effective legal support and representation.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices to provide informed legal guidance and ensure compliance.
- Assist in developing and implementing legal policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and legal compliance.




- Handle legal disputes and litigation related to Retail and Construction finance operations, working closely with external legal counsel when necessary.
