We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CNC and VMC machining and programming, and a strong ability to manage activities efficiently while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Supervise daily production activities and assign tasks and responsibilities to employees accordingly.
- Ensure CNC and VMC machining & programming knowledge is applied efficiently during operations.
- Compile and maintain accurate production records and reports.
Monitor and ensure production plans are executed within defined timelines.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize delays or disruptions.
- Maintain a safe and clean work workplace,



enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments such as quality, maintenance, and planning to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to meet production goals.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in CNC and VMC machining & programming.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good understanding of production planning and control.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
