Role & responsibilities
- Receiving and inspecting incoming construction materials and equipment against purchase orders.
- Storing items safely in office to prevent damage, theft, and deterioration.
- Issuing materials and safety gear to site staff and tracking inventory via registers or logs.
- Conducting regular physical stock audits and tracking reorder levels to prevent site downtime.
- Managing site tools and machinery check-ins/check-outs and scheduling required maintenance.
- Maintaining site documentation including Goods Received Notes (GRN), gate passes, and material consumption reports.
