Role: Real Estate Sales Manager (Sourcing / Closing)

Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue through channel partners and direct sales by managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle. You will focus on sourcing quality leads, accelerating closures, and ensuring strong partner productivity in assigned micro-markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & Revenue Delivery

- Drive bookings through channel partners and direct client acquisition
- Own complete sales lifecycle: lead sourcing >> qualification >> site visits >> closure
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and launch sales targets

Channel Partner Management

- Manage and activate broker network for consistent lead generation
- Ensure partner onboarding, training, and engagement
- Improve productivity and conversion rates per partner

Market Intelligence & Strategy

- Track competitor activity,



pricing trends, and customer preferences
- Identify high-potential micro-markets for business expansion
- Support pricing and inventory strategy based on market insights

Customer & Deal Management

- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
- Deliver solid customer experience and relationship management
- Build repeat and referral business

What You Bring:

- MBA (preferred) with 2-4 years of sales experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong experience in channel sales or B2C high-value sales
- Proven track record of closures and target achievement
- High ownership, hustle mindset, and execution focus
