Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage property and casualty insurance claims from receipt to settlement, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders to gather information and resolve claim disputes.
- Conduct thorough investigations into complex claims, analyzing data and evidence to determine fair settlement amounts.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing excellent communication, empathy, and professionalism throughout the claims process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in property & casualty insurance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Solid understanding of international insurance policies and regulations.




- 4-8 years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or related field (claims handling).
- Proficiency in Renewals process management.
- Excellent underwriting skills with ability to analyze risk assessments accurately.
