Support day-to-day production activities for AAC Panels by operating and monitoring production processes, maintaining product quality, and following safety and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily AAC Panel production and monitor production activities as per process requirements.
- Operate and monitor production equipment and ensure smooth process execution.
- Follow production parameters, SOPs, quality requirements, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores teams for smooth production operations.
- Identify and report process, equipment, or quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain basic production records, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
Required Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or relevant technical discipline.
Experience Industry Background
- 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing / production.
- Experience in AAC Panels, Precast, Concrete Products, Building Materials, or similar manufacturing preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may be considered.
