1. - Install, configure, and troubleshoot networking equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless devices).
2. - Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for internal teams and customer escalations.

4. - Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation (user guides, knowledge base articles, and deployment manuals).
5. - Conduct technical webinars, product training, and demo sessions. Produce transparent, informative technical videos for customer enablement.
