Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and supporting organizational hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
- Understand hiring requirements from department managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
- Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
- Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.




- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external vendors if required.
- Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid sourcing and screening abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn hiring.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
