Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies across multiple channels, including cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social media and events.
- Conduct market research to identify new selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Create engaging content for various platforms aimed at attracting and converting leads.
- Conducting sales meetings with clients, either virtually or by visits in person.
- Introducing, demonstrating, and familiarizing clients with products or services and negotiating sales deals with clients.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, trade shows and promotional activities to attract potential clients.




- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients to gather feedback and improve marketing tactics.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities and sales performance.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Sales and Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 20+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing tools and techniques. Proven track record in developing successful lead generation campaigns and sales.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team and handling team
