Role Research Sales Specialist:

Research Sales Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive revenue growth by selling Eminences research-led solutions, including white-labelled industry reports, in-depth public presence analysis across platforms, market research, mystery shopping, and proprietary tools such as Rescore and Retrack. This role demands a strong understanding of customised research solutions. The candidate will engage closely with clients to understand business problems, translate requirements into research-led offerings, and propose solutions that deliver transparent, outcome-driven value.

Responsibilities:

- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for research-driven offerings, including market research, industry research, mystery shopping, public presence analysis, and proprietary research tools.




- Engage with clients to understand objectives and design customised research solutions.
- Prepare and present research proposals and strategic recommendations that clearly articulate insight, value, and business impact.
- Work closely with internal research and consulting teams to ensure seamless handovers from sales to delivery and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5 to 8+ years of proven experience in research sales or business development, specifically across market research, industry research, mystery shopping, public presence analysis, or related research services.
- Strong track record of selling customised qualitative, quantitative, or mixedmethod research solutions with established relationships with CEOs, and marketing and communication leaders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel essential).
