Job Summary

We are looking for a Quotation Executive / Sales Coordinator Billing to handle quotation preparation, sales coordination, order processing, billing and invoicing, and customer-related documentation for system doors, windows, and related products.

Key Responsibilities

Quotation & Estimation

- Prepare quotations and cost estimates for system doors, windows, and related products.
- Study customer requirements, drawings, measurements, and specifications.
- Prepare quotations based on product specifications, sizes, glass, hardware, accessories, and other requirements.
- Revise quotations based on changes in specifications, quantities, pricing, or customer requirements.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, revisions, and order status.

Sales Coordination

- Coordinate with the Sales, Design/Technical, Production, Purchase, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
- Receive and process customer and sales team enquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order confirmation and documentation.
- Follow up on pending quotations, orders, and customer requirements.




- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely order completion and delivery.
- Handle customer queries related to quotations, pricing, orders, and billing.

Billing & Invoicing

- • Prepare sales invoices, GST invoices, and proforma invoices based on confirmed orders.
- • Verify quantities, rates, discounts, and GST before billing.
- • Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams for billing and payment-related matters.
- • Maintain proper records of invoices and billing documents.
- • Update billing details in ERP/CRM or billing software.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of GST billing and invoicing procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in quotation and billing
- Ability to handle multiple quotations, orders, and invoices.
- Knowledge of ERP/CRM and billing software.
- Knowledge of aluminium/system doors and windows, hardware, glass, or building materials will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Civil or Mechanical
- Candidates with relevant experience in quotation, billing, sales coordination, or order processing may also be considered.
