Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and maintain endpoint systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure the security and integrity of endpoint systems by implementing firewalls, antivirus software, and other security measures.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement processes to improve endpoint management efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in endpoint management, applying this knowledge to enhance existing systems.
