We Are Looking For-

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with 56 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core and Microsoft SQL Server development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise applications, along with a good understanding of software architecture, database design, and business requirements.

The candidate should be comfortable working with AI Agent mode to improve development productivity, code quality, automation, troubleshooting, and solution design. The role also requires strong team collaboration skills and the ability to guide, review.

Key Responsibilities-

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using .NET / .NET Core, C#, and related technologies.
- Develop and optimize complex Microsoft SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions, views, and database structures.
- Develop clean, scalable, secure, and maintainable code following established coding standards and best practices.
- Leverage advanced prompt engineering, and AI Agent Mode effectively to drive high-quality code generation, refactoring, debugging, documentation, test-case creation, workflow automation, and overall development productivity.
- Evaluate AI-generated code and ensure that the final implementation meets required standards for security, performance, maintainability, and business logic.
- Work closely with Project Planners and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback to team members.




- Maintain technical documentation, application documentation, database documentation, and development standards.
- Ensure applications are developed with appropriate attention to performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

Qualifications:

- 56 years of professional experience in software development, primarily using .NET / .NET Core and C#.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including complex SQL queries, joins, CTEs, stored procedures, functions, views, indexing, and query optimization.
- Robust understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, Web APIs, JSON, and application integration.
- Practical experience with Git/GitHub and source-code management practices.
- Hands-on experience using AI agent mode, with the ability to validate AI-generated solutions.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD process, debugging, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a development team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical technical solution.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with AI agents, and AI-assisted software development.
- Knowledge of Jenkin and other tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines practices.
- Knowledge of application security and performance optimization.
- Experience working with Redmine or similar project/task management tools.
- Experience in enterprise application development and production support.
